4 - How come I only lose 8 to 15 pounds
a month on your program? I have heard of many diets that claim
to lose up to 40 pounds a month.
Answer:
Results vary greatly depending on several factors such as fitness,
starting weight, commitment level as well as individual body types.
We recommend that people lose no more than 8 to 15 pounds per month

Any more than that is water and valuable muscle. The faster you
