So how can chocolate be healthy?
One of the greatest wonders is that for all our chocolate consumption (and we Brits lead the way after the Swiss), hardly anyone knows that they’re actually eating one of the most nutritionally dense foods in the world!

Well sort of. You see, all chocolate is made from cacao (as in [ka-kow] – rhymes with ‘cow’) which, in its raw state is just totally jam-packed with essential minerals, nutrients and natural chemicals that make us feel goooood…

Trouble is, the heating process involved in the manufacturing of most chocolate means that the beneficial properties of the cacao bean are reduced and corrupted so that we end up with a much weakened version of it in conventional chocolate. And it doesn’t stop there; with little emphasis on health, many manufacturers add ingredients that do us no good at all.

But the world of chocolate is changing it is…

You see, because we love and respect cacao, we do not feel like damaging it through cooking so we keep it raw, and because we love and respect you, we don’t add ingredients that are going to damage your health; in fact, the only stuff we add is totally natural and is mostly raw.
